ArtLink is a free evening of art exhibitions, music, live theatre, dance and children’s activities. A collaborative effort between businesses and arts organizations, ArtLink transforms downtown Longmont businesses into galleries and promotes cultural arts for three fabulous evenings each year.

We’ve got a new name and mission! Formerly known as ArtWalk Longmont, we’ve changed our name to ArtLink Longmont. We changed our name and mission statement in order to increase the visibility and attendance of the event to a statewide level. ArtWalks are traditionally gallery hops which hold great appeal for art lovers but generally do not inspire attendance of the general public or children. Our new name and mission distinguishes the Longmont event from the many ArtWalks throughout the country.

Don’t miss the Second Annual Art Through the Lens Photo Contest/Exhibition on July 17. This project drew 45 professional entries, 123 amateur entries and 21 youth entries from the Denver Metro and Northern Colorado areas. Special exhibits include the Winners’ Circle at the Great Frame Up and ArtLink Through Young Eyes Best of Exhibits at the ArtLink information booth and Ron’s Printing Center. The Art Scavenger Hunt is returning this year as well as the ArtFul Dessert Contest in Sept. Main Street will be closed again this season and we expect to increase our attendance (18,000) from last year.
